Linking AP vouchers

We got our AP vouchers yesterday and this is the first time we have had to link tickets to MDE. I am assuming I just pull up the app and scan each ticket in??

How do they link to a specific person? Do you pick the person as you scan them in?

Just trying to figure out what to expect. Thanks!
