Link to the WiFi thinger?

I am very interested in finding out more information about the WiFi thinger that Pete talked about on the Email show. (as you can tell I am very electroncially savy). I looked in the show notes (at least I think that is where I looked) and couldn't find a link. As I live in Philly and travel to Orlando, this might be the answer to my IPad hookup. Thanks, Penny

I'm using it right now while on the bus heading to Disneyland. I'm pulling 5 megs down and a little over 1 meg up on 4G. Fantastic!!!

OP, don't feel bad.

I had to call my son the other day to ask him how to save something so I could take it somewhere else...because the computer has no slot for a floppy disk.

"Oh, my God. Oh, my God, mom. Do not use that term ever again. People will think you are...Floppy disk. Oh, my God. That was over like 12 years ago. Floppy disk! Jesus, mom! Things are saved digitally now!"

The process he described was so complicated that (after a short, "Did you just take the name of the Lord, our God, in vain and direct it to me?!" lecture) I gave up and made him do it.

Thank you K5jmh & Pete. I am checking it out. I want to get rid of my verizon as it is soooooo slow. Dh bought me an IPad (I have an IPod and a Verizon Droid), but my IPad isn't hooked up to anything because I don't have an apple phone. This is all way to complicated. I think I will go to the best buy store, take all my "stuff" with me and beg for help. I do have a wifi thing that plugs into the phone jack at Disney and both of us can go on line with our computers. I guess that is "old school" now. LOL

Kaligal - I still have the big floppies, the little floppies and the zip drives. I do however also have a little flash drive that holds 4gb. We have come a long way baby.
