Link to Legal Ownership of Points/Property

A loooooong time ago, someone from the DVC board posted a link to a site run by Orange County, where you could look up by last name and see the deed of your actual ownership of DVC points.

By chance, if anyone knows what I'm talking about, would you happen to have a link to the site?
