Can anyone provide me with info as to where I can drop a note praising certain CM's? Thanks for the info.

You can go to the disney world web site. At the bottom of the screen is a contact us link. There is a form you can fill out, and although there is no choice for a subject that says, give some one praise, you can still choose the first topic and then write your message.

I e-mailed a praise on the contact us page of the Disney web site. Immediately I got the standard reply of thanks, we're checking into it. About a month later I got an e-mail saying they were still looking into it (I only had the CMs first names and didn't know their exact position.) About two to three weeks after that I got a phone call from guest relations thanking me for the praise and letting me know that the vice-president would be getting a copy of my e-mail as well as the CMs. I had also asked where I could mail the CM's a thank you note (they gave my daughter a Beauty and the Beast doll set for her birthday on top of all of their wonderful assistance.). Turns out the CMs were entertainment managers. It was nice to know that someone read the e-mail and really did do something with it.
