Link is working for Pic's of PBH Suites

I did, I did, I did it!!! I have got pic's of all the suites offered at PBH! I just need to get them downloaded and I will post a link for all of you. I can't tell you what a wonderful time we had it was awesome!! We had the best room and so much fun. Saturday we did IOA and Sun we spent the day at Universal. We ate at Margiritaville, Mythos, Mama Della's and Ruth's Chris. It was all so fun and cool. Fooz: you need to take notes here) When we arrived Saturday we took off to the parks after getting back to our rooms my DH had Guest Services place a gift in each of the drawers for me he had bought and wrapped before hand! It was such a great surpise. He had homemade goodies for us made, cheese straws, lemon bars and wedding cookies and some how got all that to Orlando without me knowing! And had it all out so nice in our room. He also gave me a gift cirft. for a spa treatment some kind of japenese silk facial message treatment. We went back to IOA and had a late supper at M'ville when we got back to the room my DH had tuxedo dipped strawberry's waiting for me! Can you say we ate throught our weekend.LOL My friend's husband also bought her one and she and I took off Sunday morning and to have are treats! OH MY, this was the most wonderful thing my husband has done and may I just say my friend totally agreeded! This was just amazing! I had never had a spa experience before it was the best! On Sunday we did US and then came back in the evening and made good use of the Beach Pool. I had never tried out the slide and man what a dummy! I had the best time we all laughed and had so much fun! Then later that night we ate at Mama Della's this was excellent! The food was great! I can't wait to go back there. This was our second stay at PBH and I can't believe we skipped it the first time. I got to meet my friend "Bob" from guest services that hooked me back up with the rooms I requested. Everyone seemed to be amazed I knew my room numbers each time I called before arrival.LOL They would say no no that's just a request and I'd be nice and say oh okay.LOL Anyways, Bob agreed to take me on a "tour" of the PBH suites after our supper last night. Anyways, after our meal was complete the waiter came over with a HUGE PLATTER of desserts! Complements of "bob" he says'LOL There were 8 different full servering of desserts on this tray, OMG it was amazing! I can review them for you forsure>LOL After supper it was getting really late and Bob was leaving at 11:30 so I went to say thanks for the tour offer but I know you have to go. So when I get to the front desk they call back for Bob and he strolls out with rooms keys and he gave me a bag of goodies with brochures and a kodak disposable camera AND a very nice 8x10 silver picture frame! Now I'm very impressed! This man really knows how to treat guest! He showed us around and let me take all the pic's I wanted and talked with us till almost 12:30 a.m. this morning! If anyone has any questions I'd be happy to help.

I'm so jealous of how awesome your trip was! If only somehow my families trip had turned out like that, my parents would have been soooo happy! Well actually it was perfect, but your tour sounds incredible!

Mike I can't describe the "feeling" I have at PBH. It's amazing the tranquil feeling that comes over you there. It's simply wonderful to be in the hotel. I'm always in awe! I have my pic's of the suites ready. I don't know how to get the link pasted on the boards for you guys I'll have to get some help with that and get them on soon for you all. Did you check out Mama Della's Mike? Man, what a wonderful place to eat! In our own "backyard"!

Yes we did eat there just like two years ago! The only noticible difference this trip was that all the restaraunts had odd operating hours sometimes and also the one place's buffet wasn't as good as it used to be. They use to have the MOST DELICIOUS BLUEBERRY MUFFINS I have ever tasted. I craved staying at the hotel again just for them and sadly they were no more

Welcome back!! You certainly have one special so (ie. significant other) to have taken that much time on all the little details ... the spa idea I am certainly considering ... but the hidden surprises and the strawberries ... WOW ... that is very romantic!

And the VIP treatment you received from Guest Services ... PBH should know what a valuable employee they have there! Outstanding. You must have been on 'Cloud Nine' with all the attention lavished on you. I am secretly planning a few things for my DW on our upcoming 10th but your so is going to be pretty tough to beat


Re: your dinner at Mama Della's Ristorante ... is it a buffet ... is there a link to their menu ... how much would dinner be per person ... should one make reservations ... I saw a brief snippet on the USF/IOA Travel Planning Video and it looks like a hoot! It certainly would be a great place to celebrate our anniversary and my brother's honeymoon. Anyways, sent you an email as I would love to see your photos on the suites.

I'm glad you all enjoyed the pic's. I know they could've been better but dang it was midnight now.LOL

Foz: Yes make ressies for mama della's and don't be late, just trust me on that okay. No it's not buffett it's ordered family style. The entree is plenty for two. We split that and both had salad. They have a house salad served family syle with a basminc vinigar dressing. I order a ceasar that was outta this world good. You also recieve a HUGH basket of bread and butter with your meal. They were happy to split this for us. The price for chicken parm. (house salad included with that meal) a ceasar salad and two drinks and bread was about 40.00 including tip. It was 72 for four adults spilting two entrees. I was the only one who order the salad separate. It's very cool and very sort of classy at the same time. This is a resturant that is in high demand so don't miss your ressies or be late someone will be waiting to grab them from you trust me i saw this happen to a family that missed there's by 15 minutes and were turned away.
