Link Dvc GCV reservation in the Disneyland app?

I’m trying to figure out how to link my Dvc GCV reservation in the Disneyland app. The app is not reading my Dvc reservation number. I tried calling the 714 number the error message told me to call, but they are the hotel reservation side and couldn’t help me. The hotel reservation side told me to call Dvc Member Services, and they couldn’t help me either. They sent me to the Disneyland Internet helpdesk. I tried calling them and no one‘s picking up the phone and it’s literally silence. No hold music, nothing. I tried doing a search on these boards but I couldn’t find an answer. Any advice? In the past I wasn't able to link my DVC reservation in the Disneyland app, but somewhere along the line it changed - it worked for me this year. Although I don't remember if I linked it on the Disneyland website or the app...

As people posted on the Grand Cal super thread, sometimes it takes a little time for the two systems (DVC and Disneyland) to talk to each other.
