Link DL Room Reservation

Staying at GCV in Aug. and have never been before. Do we link our room reservation on Disneyland Website or the official Disneyland App? I know we do this when we go to WDW on mydisneyexperience. I don't see any way to do this on the Disneyland App, and on the official website it only gives you 8 digits to enter for your room reservation which leads me to believe that is for a regular hotel room, as our DVC room reservation number has 12 digits. Would appreciate any help. TIA

Has it been announced that DLR Resort Guests will have an advantage in scheduling park reservations over those without a room reservation?

If there will not be an early park reservation booking window for DLR resort guests, there is no reason to link a DVC reservation to the DLR website/app.

AFAIK, DLR does not yet have an online check in process like WDW. Not sure if that's planned because of the ongoing pandemic or not.

As long as online check in doesn't exist at DLR, setting up room charging would be done in person at the front desk of your resort when you physically check in.

There hasn't yet been a way to link DVC reservations on web/app. They are just different systems compared to WDW. Unless there is a big IT upgrade coming before reopening, you just enable your room key for purchases at check-in as mentioned above. And take a screen shot of your DVC member card on your phone to present for discounts (with ID) if eligible.
