Lines at USF in late February?

Greetings!

I'm going to be doing one day at USF in late February (22 or 23).

I'm willing to pay extra to avoid lines. According to the website, if you buy a two-day pass, you get special line privileges.

The purpose of going at this time, though, is to avoid lines.

The question:

Is it worth it to buy the two-day pass (having no plans to use the second day) for the line privileges at that time of the year? Or will the lines be dead as it is?

Thanks!

Scott

I would not buy a two day pass in Feb. just for FOTL access. Remember FOTL (Universal Express) only lasts the first two hours. The park is usually pretty empty the entire month of Feb.

Scott, I've been to USF during President's Week and it can get pretty crowded. The kids have Feb.17 -25 off from school in NY and it seems like everyone goes to Florida.

Crapola!

The purpose of going at a supposed rotten time was to have empty parks!

Is it as bad as summer during President's Week?

(I've never even heard of such a thing!)
