I know at DLR we were told if they did not provide their incredibly expensive aisle runner, we would
have to put it out ourselves, but not more than 37.5 minutes before the wedding.

It was a little ridiculous, and I don't mean to speak badly of Cynthia, but she changed how early we could set the aisle runner out about 5 times, and I averaged it to the 37.5 minutes....

Sorry Lindsay I don't mean to hijack your thread but I know some of the answers for you.
Cosi they won't set it up you have to do it and there is no fee. Caryn, I asked my coordinator and yes the asile is 75ft. HTH!!

Caryn, good luck keeping your kitties off the aisle runner when you make it. Personally, if it was MY aisle runner, I'd love to have little colored paw prints scattered all over it! But I think you're sister wants something a little more dignified . . .

Lindsay, I hope you and Chris aren't having any problems from the storm. Thank goodness you're not getting married during hurricane season.

I just don't think that paw prints are really what we are looking for!!!
We aren't having having problems yet from the storm, it was supposed to come on Tuesday but we didn't get a single rain drop!! Chris and I both said that we are happy we picked April rather than October for this reason!

We were in Macy's on Monday and happened to find the exact ring that I had been looking for. It was on a super great sale so we picked it up, it's being sized right now and then I'll post a real picture. The only thing I don't love is that it's white gold and my e-ring is platinum. Do you think I can have it dipped in platinum? For the price I don't really care if I get an upgrade in the next few years...

Is your ticker moving a bit to fast for you these days as it is for me! I'm kinda glad I can't see mine right now but I saw yours and was like !!!!

Yes I can't believe how fast the ticker is going!! I realized this morning that in a few weeks I am going to be halfway thru my engagement.... how weird!!

Hi again girls. Well, I had hoped to have pictures for you but we moved 2 weeks ago and I STILL can't find the cord for the camera to the computer. I promise to give real updates with pics soon. In the meantime...

My ring is here, it fits and it looks great. I love it when I wear it alone and when I wear it with my e-ring.

My dress is in. It fits, though not as well as I'd like. I can zip it up if I'm not wearing a bra (which could be interesting come wedding day ) and I can't really breathe... so I'm hoping that David's Bridal will be able to let the seams out just a touch. I also want them to make a bustle and I want to see if they can make it a little more sweetheart-y in the top. The length is almost perfect so I'm pretty good there. I still haven't picked out my shoes.

We will be at our 7 month mark next week. Some days it seems like we will never get there and some days it seems like the time is flying by!!
