Hey there! I have gotten back on track, care to join me? You probably already have After a month and a half hiatus I am back running. I did a Boilermaker "test" run yesterday (6.76 miles) and managed that fine so I am going to sign up for the 15 K this Wednesday, committing myself to the training and eating plan that will ensue. You are doing great with your times, I am hoping to get under 10 minute miles by the time I run the half marathon in January. That is probably about the time I will have lost enough weight to accomplish that. Keep up the good work, you are doing AWESOME!
Linda, we are all here for you, albeit a little busier than normal (at least I am!!). I took most of May off after CMM but I am back at it again now. Time to start the journey again!!

Had a brain storm today and figured out how to loosen my calves for my PF. I am using my Shiatsu pillow that is supposed to be for neck and shoulders- OMG! It is working wonders.I did not realize my calves were so tight.

Great idea! I'm glad that you found something that will help stretch out your calf muscles. My calf muscles used to tighten up during gymnastics season and that was not fun at times.
