Does anyone have the recipe for the limoncello martini that is served at Palo? A friend of ours is making homemade limoncello and the recipe from Palo was awesome!! TIA!

I did get the ingredients, but not the exact amounts. I have been making then and experimenting some with about this as far as amounts.

1 shot Vodka
1 shot Limoncello Liquer
1 shot of sour mix ( I have been using bottled whiskey sour mix)
a "splash" of Rose's Lime juice.

Thanks cheese please!! I've tried doing a google search and I haven't been able to find anything. :)

Thanks-

I had forgotten that I wanted this recipe too! We loved this drink so much on our Palo night in October, we went back...just to the bar, another night.

I thought our server told us it was lemon sorbet, sparkling wine and vodka. He told us twice because I asked twice, but then again I did have 4  so maybe I'm not right. Maybe I'm confusing this with a real martini- this was what we had at the end of our meal.

So where is the Limoncello? Do they use it to make the sorbet? I've had these at EPCOT during Food and Wine Festival too.

This wasn't the Limoncello Martini - this was a Scorpino. Both are very yummy! I will try that recipe soon.
