Limo service car seat question

Does anyone know what type of car seats and booster seats the various car services use? I had emailed several car services about their seats. Only one emailed me back, and they were very negative. They said that since a car service is considered "public " transportation, that they are not regulated by federal car seat laws. They also said that since we were so concerned about the type of seats they use, that their seats were probably not up to our standards, and we should book elsewhere. I haven't had a reply yet from FL. Tours, or Yourride. I was wondering is anyone knew what type of seats they provide. My 4 year old granddaughter uses a high back booster seat at home. We will probably bring my 1 year old grandson's car seat, since it is one that can still be rear facing, even with his weight and age. Although it would be much easier not to have to bring it. Thanks!

I just booked with Fl Tours (figure they sponsor the board and they get good feedback and Andy-owner? posts to the board) and needed a booster seat - I understand your question about which type they will have. Andy, what type of booster seat(s) does your crew use?
