Can someone direct me to that place that will give you a 1/2 hour grocery stop on the way from the airport? How pricey is it? Has anyone used it?

Thanks!

The vast majority of car services in Orlando will provide you with that grocery stop. Most companies charge about $100 r/t, with that half hour stop. That does not include a tip.

We used Southern Elegance Limo from MCO to POP. We stopped at Goodings quick a min to grab some stuff. They were wonderful, waiting for us luggage pickup with DD's name on a sign when we arrived. We would use them again.

To be clear it was a 6p limo round trip with tip was $325ish.

Please note that the $100 r/t price is for a town car service.

Most companies offer both limos and town cars. The typical price for a limo is about $200, which ends up totalling about $250 by the time you add in fees, charges, tips, etc.

It seems like the most common carriers that people on this board have used are:

www.fltours.com
www.happylimo.com
www.tiffanytowncar.com

If you are doing a grocery stop, the total price from any of those three companies will be pretty darn close. Make sure you add up all the fees and extras and see if the tip is included or not (some include the tip on limo rides, others do not).

The vast majority of people use a towncar, not a true limo. In fact, whenver we see someone asking about limo service from the airport, we always ask if they really mean a limo vs a towncar. 90% of the time, they are looking for a towncar.

Yeah, I just wasn't sure what the OP wanted and did not want there to be any confusion. Like I said, most companies offer both, and people will probably figure it out. Still though, if you go looking for a true limo ride, you will look a loooooong time before you find one for $100.

Like you said, chances are they really wanted a towncar, and the price was accurate. However, if they are like us (a party of 7 doing the limo thing more for fun than anything else), there might have been some sticker shock.
