limo company that does NOT include tip

I just booked with Southern Elegance, and they did make me reserve it with a credit card and said it must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to pick-up in order to avoid being charged the full amount. That's fine with me, I'm just wondering if that is their standard policy in everyone else's experience.

If I get what you're asking, I think that's pretty standard, kind of like with a hotel reservation. We gave our credit card as the guarantee, and then simply had them place the charge on it that day; as I recall (I'll admit, at that moment I was very busy drooling over the Magic), George had a little portable credit card thing. I tipped him in cash.
