I just read that for the Limited Time Magic theme, Epcot will have snow fall for a week, starting next week. We will just miss it....we arrive on 1/25. Is there a schedule out, that shows if we might be experiencing any limited time magic? :wizard:

Only just "maybe."

Sad to say that Disney's track record for accurately staying current in updating their info is lackluster, at best.

The announcements so far, if any at all, have only appeared a maximum of three days beforehand. This is not a promotion you can plan a thing around. Just go whenever you're going and run with it. The events so far have been lackluster at best anyway.

I thought I originally read that they would announce the limited time magic every Friday. I was just at WDW last week and there was nothing going on... out of the ordinary anyway! :)

Today is friday the 18th and guess what.... they made an announcement! Characters from the past at the parks all week. It is only 3 days notice but they do seem to be making announcements every friday and this one could be a lot of fun for the 'kids' in us grown ups :)

I had to ask while we were there (1/5 - 1/15) - we were there for 2 'different' weeks. First week was special hats you could buy (not impressed); second week was a Wiinter Wonderland in Epcot's Canada - we did that - snowfall was sketchy (it was 80 degrees but I think the 'snow' was the same sort of soap stuff they use on Main Street) - we got to meet Chip/ Dale and Daisy/ Donald in their winter gear. Cute but not a huge "wow"

We are planning on going at the end of next month, I hope they are not planning more snow, I am trying to get away from that stuff,:rotfl:
Snow last night, power out everywhere, car wrecks, no school.
I want warm weather & sunny skies!!pixiedust:

Rare characters in Town Square at MK, through Sunday.

These characters include the Robin Hood gang, Scrooge and Launchpad, Clarabelle and Horace, and Pinocchio with Gepetto and Jiminy.

I highly recommend introducing him/her to Robin Hood! Pinnochio may be a little too scary just yet.
