Does the limited number of counter service options with the TIW card bother anyone?

I had worked out an extensive document comparing the TIW and DDP plan, trying to figure out which one to use for my family this summer. I had concluded that TIW was best until I realized that there are a limited number of counter service restaurants that accept TIW. I had just assumed that there were counter service places in each park. Wrong.

Considering I am most likely to grab counter service while I am running around a park, this was particularly bad news for me.

We used TIW for the first time during our trip last month and it didn't bother us at all not having many counter service options in the parks. Having said that, we ate breakfast in our room all but 1 day and had a TS meal in our park of choice every day. It helped that the counter service restaurant at SSR accepted the card so we used it there a few times also. We were always DDP people before this trip but I am more of an appetizer girl than desert and I like that I can choose to do either and still get a discount with the TIW card.

If you think you will do mostly counter service in the park you could always get the CS DDP and the TIW card. I have read where people have used both by applying the TIW card to what was not covered by the DDP. ::yes::
