I had a two year old on the Magic last year. Flounder's Reef has no "limit" on how much you can use it however there are rules. There are only certain blocks of time available each day. These are generally 3-4 hours in the morning, 3-4 hours in the afternoon and about 6 hours at night while at sea. The schedule varies in port. The babysitting costs per hour and you must pay for all hours that you book even if you pick your children up early. I was able to use the nursery quite a bit by being the first in line at the door when Flounder's Reef opened. To do this we checked in at the port around 1045 and waited in line to board. Once on the ship I went straight to the door of Flounder's Reef and waited while my wife went to get Palo reservations. Once they open Flounder's the will give you a form showing the schedule for the week. I would recommend booking every block of time you even think you want and then cancelling what you do not need. Be careful, however, as there is a strict cancellation policy and associated fees for violating it. The pain I went through for getting time was well worth it!!! Flounder's Reef is an Outstanding facility with a great staff. Hope this helps.
