limewire ringtones

I know some of you use limewire to get your ringtones. How do you do that? And if you could make it in as simple terms as possible, that would be great. I tend to have very little patience with computers and if I can't figure out how to do something, well lets just say... LOL. TIA

I know someone here has to know this. I told a friend of my mom's that I would find out how to do this for her. That was like an hour ago and a told her it would take a few minutes. Its been longer than a few minutes. LOL. Please, please, please, pretty please w/ a cherry on top? LOL
