Lime green ribbons

Before our holiday to WDW last April I read on these boards about Disers wearing lime green ribbon to identify themselves to fellow Disers. After weeks scouring every shop in Bournemouth until I found the right shade of lime green, I then tied a small piece on all of our luggage. We then spent our fortnight in Orlando with our little piece of lime green ribbon tied on to DH's backpack and my handbag, but no-one came and said hello.....perhaps we didn't look approachable?LOL

Didn't see anyone else with lime green ribbon on their bags either!!!

Is it just me being unlucky or has anyone else met Disers in this way?

I have seen a couple of people with ribbon on before - but was too scared to approach - I didn't want them thinking I was a nutter LOL

When I have arranged to meet other DISers we have worn Lime Green Ribbon

I bought some lime green ribbon yesterday! I plan to tie it on the luggage and on our selves! never done this before so cant wait to see if we have any approaches
