I have made a LGMH that can be printed out and laminated for your wheelchair, stroller, fanny pack, backpack, etc.

You can either print the one that is blank (without your screen name):

OR I can make one WITH your screen name on it (As long as I don't get bombarded with people asking me to do it for them).

I made this with "Creative Memories StoryBook Creator Plus".

I suggest that you print, it out on photo paper, which is heavy, and it is shinier (and prettier) than cardstock. Then print another and lamanate them together back to back.
