Lime Green for the DISboards??

I still have mine! I think I have 4 or 5 actually. I never saw anyone else with one. I never had anyone say anything except to ask what it was about. Most that asked thought it was cool.
When my friend and I go to the parks she says that she knows if I come out of the bathroom before her she will find me talking to someone, usually kids. I work in a grade school and just find talking to kids to be fun most of the time. They are less judge-y. I can act goofy and they don't think twice.(half the kids at school lie about their birthday just to get me to sing to them knowing that I try to sing it as off key as possible)

I remember when the lime green Mickey heads were a thing, but I never saw anyone with them. I think the best bet for meeting fellow Dis-ers at the parks is to share dates when you're planning to travel. I'm a member of a DVC focused forum where people post their dates in a designated thread. Any registered member can look at them to determine if any of the members will be at WDW when your trip is scheduled.

So sorry, ronandannette. We were there for 5 days (last 5 of the stampede) with a group. With all the other planning involved (it's an RV trip) I had enough brain stress making sure we had campgrounds booked and worrying about the wildfires. We're also headed to NWT (Hay River), hopefully and then back home.

Back in the heyday of the Lime Green I had a roll of lime green curling ribbon and I always made “bows” and tied them to my backpack or whatever other item I had in the parks. I ended up meeting a few DISers that way, but the very last time that I tried to speak to someone with lime green on their stroller, they thought I was a lunatic or a stalker or something. lol. I only wanted to know if they were on here or not.
