Almost the end of the magic for Donna!
We checked into the hostess stand at Ohana and were told it would be about a 25 minute wait. No problem, we would walk around a little since we had our handy dandy pager. First we walked out to the beach and I snapped this picture.
I truly love it here, and one day
as God is my witness I will stay here! Bob took the boys to buy more pins (did you expect anything different?) and Sue and I had a drink in the waiting area. We both ended up having Ohana Coladas, which were very good
.side note, because of my gastric bypass surgery it takes only a very small amount of alcohol to get me drunk, so I very rarely order anything alcoholic. This I decided was going to be ok, since Bob would be around any minute to finish off the drink. I made it through the first sip fine, the second sip still ok, the third sip everything around me was making me giggle.

Opps, time to stop! Thankfully Bob and the boys came back and the pager went off. Talk about saved by the bell, err, pager! We were seated right by the windows and served our appetizers, I really love the wontons and the chicken wings they are sooo good! We were laughing and having a great time, the boys were dancing around and having a great time. Pretty soon the meats came around, I got a few slices of turkey and started to munch on that when it happened. Here is another drawback from my surgery, I cant digest meat that is too dry, no matter how much I chew it, the minute it hits my tummy I am hit with horrible pain. This is exactly what happened to me. I started to sweat and the pain was horrible! Bob gave me a look and he knew what was happening. I told him I needed to lie down
and that I was going to lay on a chair at the pool, they should just finish dinner without me and find me when they were done. Well, I lasted at the pool probably 10 minutes before I had to run to the ladies room. After I got sick, I felt so much better that I decided to sit back in the lounge so I could see everybody when they came out. I was so sorry that I missed the bread pudding! The last time I ate dinner there was in 1998 and they had a fruit and dipping sauce dessert. Oh well, next trip! The boys decided that they wanted to swim instead of going back to the Magic Kingdom. We decided to ride with them back to the Magic Kingdom so they could get their car. The plan had been to take them to our hotel and swim with them
but Sue insisted that she would take the boys swimming at the hotel and we should enjoy our last night at the Magic Kingdom. She was so thankful for all the attention Bob had paid them during the day that she felt we should have some time together alone. So I gave her my key so they could go to the room and change, hugs, tears and goodbyes

were said all around and Bob and I headed back to the park.
We spent the rest of the night repeatedly riding Big Thunder Mountain, Haunted Mansion, Pirates and Mickeys PhilarMagic. One of our many rides on Big Thunder Mountain; we took this picture of wishes from the train car.
Pretty soon it was time to head back to the hotel. We called Sue on her phone to see if they will still there, but she was in the car on the way home
.boys asleep in the back! We caught the bus and decided to get off at POR French Quarter and get some beignets. Bob stopped to joke around a little and I got this picture of him.
It was a beautiful night and his toes were not bothering him so we walked to Riverside. When we got to our room I had almost forgot about what was supposed to be waiting for him. We opened the door and turned on the light and the first thing we saw was
..
Jedi Mickey and My Pal Mickey were on the bed reading Memoirs of a Geisha! Over on the bench by the television was a towel animal that looked like a frog. Bob was so excited about it, and wouldnt you know it
the batteries in the camera picked right then and there to die, so I didnt get a picture. Its ok, at least he finally got one, and that is all that matters! The funny thing is that we did recharge them and forgot to take a picture of it before we checked out in the morning. Bob wanted to leave something for Mousekeeping in return so he ended up making a fan out of a piece of paper and put one of the thank you Mousekeeping envelopes I had made for tips in front of the fan. It wasnt a towel animal, but its the gesture that counts!
We wanted to try and sleep late, so we did the majority of our packing before we went to bed, still we were up fairly early and had a nice breakfast at Boatwrights, (again we were seated at our table) and one last visit with Kyle
this time he ran and got us veggies to eat on the ME Bus!
Bob and I had such a wonderful time that when I read here on the boards that Disney was having a program that if you had a stay in December through Jan 1st, you could book a future stay in 2007 with free dining
that he sent me and my DSS, Al to Pop Century for a one night stay this past December 15th. We now have reservations to go back August 10th 18th at Pop with, DSS, Al, his DGF, Megan and my DD, Kelly! We also have a trip scheduled to California February 18th 24th primarily to check out the Columbia College Semester in L.A. program
but hey I cant go to Burbank and not spend time at Disney, now can I?
So that pretty much wraps up this trip! Thank you to everyone who read along the way and thanks to those who reminded to come online and finally finish this report! I appreciate your reading and all of your comments!
