Hubby and I are going to DL prior to our cruise to Hawaii. I have never been to DL and we are PP Isee that the breakfast is like $26 but then I see that is also ala cart. What is the difference??

The $26 is for the buffet. I didn't realize that there was a menu that you could order a la carte items off of - I knew you could for the kids :confused3 but if it is there - that would be for the individual items if you did not want the buffet.

they have a la cart menu for adults as well. if you don't want the buffet, you can just order off the menu. DH got the burrito thing. was pretty good. :flower:

Yes, at both this breakfast and the Storytellers Cafe one at the GCH you can order off the menu. Sometimes it can save you money but sometimes it doesn't. If you order a drink like coffee plus some juice in addition to your breakfast it can save you very little. I prefer the buffet since I love all the fresh fruit. Also, I know at Storytellers if you order the buffet but want something on the menu they will bring it to you as part of your buffet/price. Not sure if they do the same at Lilo and Stitch. But it is nice if you are not a big eater or the buffet doens't look good to you to have that option.

I always order off the menu at Storyteller's and I save about $10 a person that way spending $15 for my breakfast (big enough for me to share with DD) instead of $25. But if you are a BIG breakfast eater, it would make sense to get the buffet. I could never eat $25 worth of breakfast food so the menu works for us.
