Are Lilo and Stitch at the character breakfast in Ohana's?

No, they're not.

The Ohana breakfast features Mickey, Goofy, Chip, and Dale all dressed up in their Polynesian wear.

It's a great breakfast...one of our favorites. The food is served family style and it's all-you-can-eat. Delicious!

Hmmmm I was just thinking - I have only 2 character breakfasts booked - one is 'Ohana and one is Cape May.

Maybe these are too similar?? Polynesian attire, beach attire, chip and dale?

What do you think?

Hmmm...that's an interesting question.

We've done both breakfasts and honestly, we prefer Ohana because the food is served family style and we love the Polynesian theme. In fact, we are finally staying at the Poly for our July trip.

Cape May is a good meal, but we felt a little cheated with the character experience. Only Goofy, Chip, and Dale come to the tables and Minnie was in the lobby. Maybe it was crowded or they didn't think we wanted much attention since we are two childless adults, but the characters didn't play with us as much as they do at the Poly.

I guess your main difference would be the theming of the two resorts...both are beautiful.

As far as the other breakfasts go, we've never done the Princesses or Pooh characters, since we're "Fab 5" fanatics.

Chef Mickey's was a little too busy (I think that's one of the most popular for kids).

We do like Donald's Breakfastasaurus a lot...that's Mickey, Goofy, Pluto, and Donald. It's a buffet.

Decisions, decisions...:D :D

See, I'm still in a Chef Mickey's or Ohana's quandry. I saw some pictures on Tikiman's poly site of the character breakfast and on the same page there are some of Lilo and Stitch in the Poly. I'm thinking that must have been the character caravan. If they had been there it would have totally swung it for me to do Ohana's.

At them moment I'm 60% towards Ohana's and after reading KMH's replies I think that's what we'll go for.

I picked Cape May because we are staying at the Beach Club and it is so convenient.

Ohana was just an afterthought - we are doing Ohana for dinner - so maybe I will drop that breakfast.

We would totally be going to Ohanna's if Lilo and Stitch were there. I would love to see them when we go. Gosh, my list of characters I want to see (between me and the kids) keeps getting longer and longer :)

>>^..^<< ,

I totally understand the convenience of eating at a restaurant in your resort. That's actually why we're staying at the Poly this time...we're going to Ohana for breakfast and dinner and the Luau.

dana99,

We've run into Lilo and Stitch at Animal Kingdom and MGM, so don't worry about seeing them! It seems there have been a lot of characters out everywhere over the past year.

123JOANNA123,

I'm assuming if you're debating between Chef Mickey's and Ohana, that you have kids. Ohana does a great "parade" where the kids get to march around the restaurant with the characters. It's so cute! We definitely recommend Ohana!
