Hmmm...that's an interesting question.
We've done both breakfasts and honestly, we prefer Ohana because the food is served family style and we love the Polynesian theme. In fact, we are finally staying at the Poly for our July trip.
Cape May is a good meal, but we felt a little cheated with the character experience. Only Goofy, Chip, and Dale come to the tables and Minnie was in the lobby. Maybe it was crowded or they didn't think we wanted much attention since we are two childless adults, but the characters didn't play with us as much as they do at the Poly.
I guess your main difference would be the theming of the two resorts...both are beautiful.
As far as the other breakfasts go, we've never done the Princesses or Pooh characters, since we're "Fab 5" fanatics.
Chef Mickey's was a little too busy (I think that's one of the most popular for kids).
We do like Donald's Breakfastasaurus a lot...that's Mickey, Goofy, Pluto, and Donald. It's a buffet.
Decisions, decisions...
