Looking for a 4 night stay near enough to the parks for 4 adults and 2 kids, a two bedroom condo or suite.

I found a really cheap rate online for this resort, but the trip advisor reviews are all over the map. Has anyone stayed there? Book it or run away?

Thanks in advance.

We stayed at Liki Tiki last November, we traded out our timeshare for the week. I found it to be really quiet, well kept. We stayed in a two bedroom. There was a king sized bed in the master, with its own bath. The other bedroom had two full beds. There was another bathroom. The living room had a pull out bed. The dining table seated six. They advertise a water park, but we never went there. We really enjoyed the screened in patio.

Turning off of I-4, it seems like its really far from everything, but there's a publix not to far away. And there's a closer entrance to Disney that gets you to the maingate in about 5 minutes.

I'm sorry I didn't remember to take any pictures.

The only thing that annoyed me was that they called everyday to try to get us to join their tour. Upon check in, I just told them that we're late sleepers, so they called when we were already at the park!

We had a 1 bedroom... we really like it... If I had a chance to stay there again for this November I would... but just won one for somewhere else on ebay... not sure if I will get the dates I want or no but ..... I hope I do

We just stayed at Liki Tiki in July. We enjoyed our stay. Room needed a little updating, but it was still nice. beds were comfortable & it was clean. Kitchen had everything you needed. The grounds were beautiful. Pools were great - my kids (13 & `15) enjoyed the water slide pool. Boats on the lake need relacing. Kids also liked playing tennis & mini golf. we went there with the promise of doing the time share tour - took much longer than i expected, so if you don't HAVE to take it, don't! Close to Disney - further from Universal. Traffic from Disney to hotel was horrible though. Lots of restaurants on road to & from Disney.
I would stay there again, I just wouldn't take the tour!:thumbsup2

my sister in law and brother in law have timeshare and have stayed here. when the boys were younger they all loved the pool and slide area. they were there a few months ago. and my dd and friend visited for a day. they liked it. my dd said the pool was nice and the place to get food was really good. my sil and bil go almost once a year or every other year. they like it.

We stayed there in Nov. of 07 for 8 days, we had a 3 bedroom condo. It was a 1 bedroom condo adjoining to a 2 bedroom condo. We loved it there. Very clean, washer & dryer in both condo's, I like going home from a vacation with all clean clothes. I had no complaints staying there. No more than 5 minutes from Disney. Me and hubby are going 9/20 thru 9/28 and we will be staying at the Liki Tiki again, we were able to book our condo for $52.00 a night for the month of Sept.
I beleive you will be happy with a stay at the Liki Tiki.

When we stayed in Nov. we had 4 kids & 4 adults the kids very much enjoyed the pools and the water park area in the resort. Nice little Bar & food area next to the pools, food was good and reasonably priced. The 2 bedroom condo has 1 room with a king size bed with a huge Jacuzzi tub for 2 and a nice walk in shower and it also had another full size bathroom next to the other bedroom which had 2 queen size beds. The 1 bedroom condo had a queen size bed with a full size bathroom, both condo's had fully equipped kitchens. Both sofa's were sleeper beds in each condo.
Each condo also has a balcony with a table and chairs outside. We were on the 3rd floor and had a nice view. There were Tv's in each bedroom and in the living rooms we had huge flatscreen TV's.
Hope this helps.

We stayed at Liki Tiki in April when a friend "gifted" us with a special deal since she is an owner there. It was something like $99 for 3 days, 2 nights--we upgraded it and ended up paying about $270 for 6 days, 5 nights. Seems like a good deal . . . until you factor in the long morning into afternoon that we lost to the timeshare presentation. That's what took it down to $270--we got $100 back for sitting through the presentation. In hindsight--never again. The resort itself was nice enough, but the sales pitch ruined it for us. Give me Windsor Hills any day, in fact that's where we'll be staying on our next trip come September.

I'm looking at $340 for 4 nights. What makes this appealing is mostly the pool and waterpark for the kids. We'll be there w/time for them to use it on the day we arrive, and we have one non-park day that they will probably use it for a few hours in between activities I am planning in the Orlando area. Anyone have any input on the "waterpark" and pool for the kids?

I would never do a timeshare presentation and I have a perfect cop-out! "I'm sorry, but our credit is in the toilet. There's no way we'd even qualify, but thanks anyway." LOL!!!!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I've stayed at the liki tiki 3 times and we are going back in 4 weeks. I have a preference in which builidng I would like to stay in and I can't find the resort map so I can request the building. Does anyone have a picture of the map or can anyone help me figure out which building to request. I want a 2 bedroom unit with the 2 queen or full size beds in the 2nd bedroom. I also want to be located by the quiet pool.
