Likelihood of a reno room at ASMo in late October?

Hello, I've been reading over posts but still am wondering...for the last week of October, if I have a regular ASMo room booked and my only stated request is that it be a reno room, what do you think the likelihood will be? I have the Magical Holidays rate and will try to see if I get get an AP rate when they are released but I am not hopeful about that. It is a long stay, so I hate to upgrade to a preferred room if I don't need to. This is a budget trip. And I do know there are no guarantees with anything. Thanks in advance!

Currently, two preferred buildings are complete, one standard building is partiall complete, one preferred building is in process.

We are going from November 23rd to December 4th in a preferred room and the cast member I spoke to today said all the renovations will be done when we arrive.....I am not sure if she meant standard too....

She's wrong. Five months, two buildings complete, one partly complete, one being worked on.

If you really want the best chance at getting a renovated room I would switch to preferred.
