We eat it all. I have a superb recipe for barbecue shrimp, it is to die for. I also have a great recipe for an oyster casserole that is very good, it is the same type as is served at Mosca's in Waggaman, La., if anyone has eaten there. I also make crayfish stew alot, I am always trying new recipes for that.
I like to put shrimp in my jambalaya too, along with the andouille sausage.
I always have to make two entrees though because porr DD16 is allergic to shellfish.
My MIL also gave me a great recipe for dips, I think I have one for both lump crabmeat dip and shrimp dip.
My favorite seafood meal is boiled crabs and boiled crayfish.
