Lightsaber souvenirs

My boys are wondering what type of lightsabers are available in the parks. Do they still have the build-your-own at Star Trader? Are there others? Approximate prices would also be super helpful. Thx!

I'm under the assumption they still have build your own but be aware at WDW after we built ours they taped it shut and asked for it not to be open in the park. My boys were super disappionted. If it's the same at DL prep your kids so they know ahead of time.

PS we're hoping to build our own droid while we're there. Hope it's still around.

my son bought a make your own saber last April they taped it shut and he was unable to open again in the park . so I'm assuming that haven't changed that rule..

I believe the simplest build your own is about 25 and it can go up from there. I want to say it's $40 at the highest end....

My son and his friend made Kylo Ren's lightsaber this past Saturday. It was a single deluxe at $30. The double deluxe were as high $50. They came shut and the CM said they may not untape it until they leave the park. The parks are very strict now about weapons of any type being brought in.

They do have the build your own lightsaber station in Star Trader (the droids are still there too). They also have other lightsabers available. The prices for them range from $35+.

My son got Kylo Ren's light saber at World of Disney last week. They had the build your own at Star Trader along with a light saber that has a Mickey Mouse button (my son pointed that out, I have no idea what the significance is).
