3 kids no lights.. umm what would be no, unless I can keep the tv on then I'll shut off all the lights. Sorry we go thru enough power outages during the winter and its more than an hour at a time

that is the first I ever heard of Earth Hour. ya know, I think some candles and a lantern and some ghost stories or shadow charades would be a great family night.
we could do without TV for 1 hour. when I was little we had power outages all the time, we don't have them here anymore for the kids to experience.

maybe we have our family movie night planned for 7pm with Homemade pizza and snacks. Friday night is usually family movie night but DH was away for a few days..Maybe we will just turn off everything but our TV. The only problem is we have a 58" Plasma big screen and it takes a lot of electricity.

But it does put a lot of heat out and it warms the room up so we dont need the heater on

We are watching "The mist" Steven King. and what is Tourchwood...thought I watched everything possible on TV...

Just turned off all the lights in the house, but still have two tv's, the computer, dishwasher and washing machine going. Just got back from spring break last night and have a lot of laundry to do, finished dinner so the dishwasher is full and Xavier is playing in the elite eight and Kid's choice awards is on. Oh well, at least having the lights off is better than if they were on.

Well, it's still 7:18 here so don't know if it counts here yet or not. The only reason we will be honoring it is because we won't be home. We will be sitting in a restaurant using their lighting at 8 though so I guess that doesn't truly count either.
