Lightning McQueen Display Still There?

Do they still have Lightning and Mater set up across from Soarin'? Haven't been in over a year and didn't know if they moved it with the new Cars Land coming up. It would be a great way to keep my 2 year old happy while we take turns taking our older 2 on Soarin'.

We were there from Dec 30 - Jan 7. For the first few days it was between it's tough to be a bug and the golden vine winery. I assume it's where the entrance to Cars Land will be. But then overnight it was gone. We asked a CM and were told that it was closed and she was unsure if photos w/ Mater and Lightning would be available before Carsland opened.

There were lots of disappointed little boys. Glad that we had gone a few times as my DS3 loves Mater.

That's strange, I was just looking at our photos from January 9th and there is definitely a picture of Mater and Lightning in the spot you described

They moved it recently from the "entrance" to CarsLand to in front of the waterfall on the backside of Grizzly Peak.
