We are stay on property in early July. We are purchasing the 3 day, 3 park special ticket and then purchasing an individual ticket for one day of Magic Kingdom at the very end of our trip. Will I mess up the ability to purchase Lightning Lane passes early by purchasing these kind of tickets? I believe that Lightning lanes can be purchased seven days from check-in date.

You'll be fine. The onsite resort reservation opens the 7-day window, not the ticket type.

As long as you’re in a Disney Resort Collection hotel, Shades of Green or the Marriott operated Swan and Dolphin hotel you should be fine.
