Lightning Lane Question - Can I Ride Standby First?

Sorry if this has been posted, but I couldn't find it.

If I buy an individual lightning lane pass for say, Rise of Resistance, and the return time is 2 p.m. Can I rope drop Rise of Resistance and ride it standby, and then come back and ride it again for my paid time at 2?

Absolutely. No restrictions on doing standby whenever you want.
