Lightning Lane Premier Pass w/ Park Hopper

If we buy a Park Hopper to Disneyland and California Adventure, and then buy a LL Premier Pass ... does the LLPP work at both parks? If that's the case, does it make sense to buy the CA ticket primary, hop to Disneyland later, and buy the LLPP for CA since it normally is less than for D?

Yes, LLPP will work at both parks. From the website, "Get one-time entry to each available Lightning Lane attraction in both Disneyland Resort theme parks for one day."

Since LLPP covers both parks, my understanding is that the cost is the same regardless of where you start. Where are you reading that there is a different price for the two parks?
