Lighthouse key resort--opinions?

Found a great rate on a 4 bed condo on vrbo.com at lighthouse key resort. the resort looks really nice on the photos. How far out is it from disney? I was mainly looking at windsor hills and came across this one. Has anyone stayed there and what was your experience? did you find it convenient enough location-wise to disney?

We were there for Christmas and liked it. The staff was very nice. The unit spacious and nicely decorated. They were missing a few obvious things (dish towels) and stingy with others (2 dishwasher detergent packs for a week in a unit sleeping 10) but the one time we called and ask for anything they were there with record speed.

Compared to Windsor Hills, you'd be adding 5 - 10 minutes to the trip. We were there at a heavy travel time, so we started taking the Black Rd/Sherbeth Rd detour most of the time. I wouldn't even bother with that at other times of the year.

I would definitely go back again with no hesitation. Not much going on at the resort, but we never hang out there anyway.

The front desk clerk did mention that some of the units had different management, so they may not all be the same experience.
