We have 11 people in our group and have lightening lanes can each person select a different lane to ride

Sorry, I'm not sure I quite understand your question re: 'lane'?

Do you mean can each person choose a different attraction to ride? Lightning lanes can be individualized by person but it takes more time when making original purchases.

If you have purchased the Lightning Lane Multi-Pass for multiple users, it is possible for each user to choose different attractions. When selecting attractions you can select a party to include, so you can split up. Also, if you are purchasing LL Single Pass, you can select the party to include.

Make sure that everyone has a profile on My Disney Experience and that you are linked in the app. It can get cumbersome with lots of people.
