Almost all I believe! If I remeber correct it came with the kids pirate punch we got a Tinkerbelle and Capt Hook!

Yes you can, I got mine with cherry sprite at the Sci Fi

Just about all of them, my nieces had a nice little collection going..Tinks and the glow ice cubes from many many many of Auntie Nicki drinks!
