it is either me or something else. But this is what i think your going at ( btw awesome idea )

1. we help other players in trades like you said in post 1.

2. we make a room, and the people that need help can come and ask 1 of us in the room to help with a trade as f a leader would.

that is all i am understanding - sad i know. But if u could please pm me and describe it maybe in a bit different way or something, thanks,

yes, it could, but ppl could get scammed out of more items. Say they move the trade space to 30 sections and your offer for something has 31 items. That person won't accept unless u keep all the items. they say the items be in second trade. Therefore, it is a total scam set up and the person get's mad and possibly quit vmk. For making this thread, i think rob is trying to avoid this issue

Avoid the issue? All it does is set up bigger and better scams. This wont avoid any issue, it will create many many more issues.

It could be avoided if non-scamming-people join this. Obviously you think a scammer is going to join. I'm sure there may be 1-2 scams.. but it will be taken care of

VMK does not even have enough staff to run the Best Guest Room Parties in a timely manner.

And how many trades happen each and every day... I dont see TA's every happening... and if they attempted it, it would cause more trouble then it's worth it to them..

Actually I'm referring to the major trades.....inferno, stitch and sparrow. Not the thousands of trades that happen each day. Am I wrong in understanding that this is one of the functions of a CL? To assist players?

Yes and no - CLs are there to assist player, if they chose to. They are NOT there to assist in trades and in my opinion, it should never ever happen. No CL in their right mind should ever assist in a trade between parties they are not related to.
