Lifetime of Vacations at Grand Lake Resort

Hi
My friend Has RCI timeshare and is trying to exchange a week. We've been offered Lifetime of Vacations at Grand Lake Resort.
Has anybody stayed there?
Where exactly is it?
How far to the parks?
Do they offer a shuttle service to WDW?
Any other info would be great.

Lifetime at Grand Lake is a relatively small timeshare complex which have recently been overhauled with new floors, furniture, fixtures, etc.
Situated on Lake Wilson, this resort has a small beach with watercraft rentals, fishing. There is a tennis court, one pool and kids play area.
They do not offer shuttle service to the parks, but are located within a ten minute drive to Disney property. Located on Irlo Bronson Route 192 very close to Orange Lake Country Club.
Overall not a bad place, just not on the same scale as one of the very large timeshare complex's. In my opinion, Grand Lake is quaint with newly refurbished rooms close to Disney, and you don't need a resort map to find your way around.
Word of advice. If you can... request a room that is NOT right next to the pool. It can be noisy at night when trying to sleep.
