Liberty is now a character dinner for January. I have a 3 year old daughter, me and my husband. Which do you think is better? I already booked TTS but I am thinking of switching to LTT.

We've never done TTS. We have done LTT twice in the past few years when it was a character dinner. We really enjoyed the character interactions and the fact that it was a family-style meal. The food itself was okay but nothing special.

We love TTS, but we LOVE LTT! The food there is so great and comforting! They have the best gravy in the world! I would switch!

I've eaten at both Tony's and LTT. I think these restaurants are very close in terms of food quality. I would say they both are just ok. Nothing really wonderful about the food. It depends on if you want Italian food or homestyle cooking. I think your 3 year old would really enjoy the character meal. We do character meals for every trip and my son just loves getting the attention of the characters. I would try to switch your reservation.

We ate at LTT for lunch last month and it was amazing, so good! I dont care for their dinner menu though.

Tonys is wonderful!

We're doing the LTT character breakfast in three weeks. I can't wait!

Given the choice for lunch, I would still pick LTT.

Just ate at LLT (dinner) last week. 6 adults, 5 kids, everyone cleaned their plates and asked for more!! None of the kids cared for the mac and cheese but they all loved the beef, mased potatoes and pork. Everything was hot, fresh and very tasty! We will definetly book again!

I just ate at Tony's for the first time on Sunday and loved it! It is simple but delicious. I had the calamari, spaghetti with marinara, and the ice cream bomb dessert. My mom had some kid of butternut squash soup which was to die for! I'm a sucker for Lady and the Tramp themes (I got a cocker spaniel as my first dog because of Lady) so I loved the atmosphere.

Never been to LTT but I loved Tony's and can't wait to return there!

We've eaten at both (LOVED LTT, didn't like TTS)- I'd definitely say LTT, especially since the characters are back for the time.

Just returned .. we actually ate at TTS twice during our stay and enjoyed both meals. Frankly, we were surprised at how good the food was as we were not anticiapting anything moe than just "standard" fare.

Funny story, our first night there I forgot to bring our confirmation number, but I knew the time. They insisted we were not in the system, and they couldn't find any reservation for us ..but they took us within 30 minutes...come to find out when we returned to our room and checked our reservation list, we were suppose to be at LLT! Oh well ...

We tried to go to LLT on the night we had reservations at TTS, but they were accepting no walk-ins, so we went back to Tony's and had another great meal.

There is only one thing I would consider when selecting which dining venue ... Tony's is located where you walk into the park, LTT located in Liberty square ...if you've been touring, you may find yourself closer to LTT than Tony's ...and backtracking to the beginning of mainstreet may take time and energy...

Enjoy!

We thought the food at LTT was nasty. There was some kind of awful aftertaste with the mashed potatoes. None of us ever want to return to the restaurant.

The food at Tonys, on the otheer hand, we thought was delicious.

I can't stand Tony's. I think it is the worst TS Disney restaurant I have visited. We always have a very good meal at at LTT, so it would get my vote.

ate at liberty tree tavern last week during our visit and we liked it very much. add characters woud be even better.

I would say TTS as its one of our favourite, fantanstic food & atmosphere.
We ate in LTT in sept 09 for lunch, my boyfriend really enjoyed his meal but i wasn't impressed and the server wasn't really interested in anything, which put us off. Plus even tho we had ADL @ 2pm for lunch we ended up waiting 45mins at least.

i won't be going back to LTT.
