We had a great experience at LTT on Sunday 1-16. Our server (CherylLyn) was excellent and the characters were at our table at least 2 times each. Food was good and dessert is now included in the price.

Are all dinner meals here character meals? I'm taking my 11 yr old son in November and I've heard the food and service are pretty good at LTT. He's probably a little old for a character meal. Would lunch here be a better idea for an 11 yr old boy and his 33 yr old dad??

It probably will be pack. We'll be flexible and probably take an early PS. We're not going to stay in MK after we eat though - I'm sure it will be a mad house! Luckily we're staying at GF in a lagoon view room so hopefully we'll be able to watch the fireworks from our balcony, if not we'll go down in front of Gasparillas.

I ate there on 1/15 and was VERY disappointed. the characters were great but the server was awful and food was not very good. i had eaten here before & thought it was great so it was a big let down to me that it wasn't good.

Liberty Tree tavern only has a character meal for dinner. with a different style of serving.

For lunch (I think seatings before 4pm) - it is a table service eatery where you order off a menu, no characters.

For Dinner (I think seatings after 4pm) - it is a family style all-you-can-eat service with a fixed menu, with the characters.

I have ressies there in about three weeks. Looking forward to my first visit to LTT.

Oh, and to the other poster - I have in the past, and will again, go to character meals with all adult groups. Get in touch with your inner child!

This is my and my DF favorite place to eat at the MK! Lunch is very good and the service has been excellent. I really think the bad server noted above was an extreme exception. It will be one of our first eating stops when we return in October!

Liberty Tree is great for lunch, especially on a hot day. If you are seated toward the back of the restaurant, it's a little dark, and very cool--a nice break from the hot sun. The Colony Salad is really good, too, on a hot day.

My in-laws ate there tonight. My MIL called while she was waiting for the Country Bear Jamboree. She said the food was as good as always, but the character s have swicthed to Goofy and Friends, so there was no Meeko! She said the waitress didn't even know who Meeko was.

Liberty Tree Tavern is our fave place to eat at Magic Kingdom.I love their pot roast,and we've eaten in almost all of the different rooms-Martha Washington,Betsey Ross,etc......A great place for lunch,can't wait to go again in November!

Had our Thanksgiving dinner there this year. Our first time dining there. Food was great! Turkey delicious!
