Does anyone know if the declaration salad appetizer can be ordered as an entree

You mean order it without ordering an entree'? Sure! We make meals out of entrees' all the time.

Are you asking about ordering it as your main meal when paying OOP or when using DDP/DxDP credits? If you're paying OOP, you can certainly order it as your main meal. Most places won't have any problems if you choose to order just appetizers. I've had meals where I ordered one or two appetizers instead of an entree. Regarding the Declaration Salad...it's not a very big salad...

If you're on the DDP, it might be harder. Most venues will not allow you to substitute an appetizer for an entree (and certainly not for a dessert). The Disney owned venues are sometimes more flexible. However, in your case, if on the DDP, I'd probably just order the Colony Salad and ask them to hold whatever you don't like.

No dining plan. I like that salad and wanted to see it they can make it as an entree portion and making it my main dish

Oh, okay. That's different; I think both of us were answered whether or not you could order the appetizer salad in lieu of ordering an entree. To your specific question about getting an entree-sized portion of the appetizer salad, that I do not know.

They have a wonderful salad as an entree known as the Colony Salad (my favorite salad in all of WDW) which has grilled chicken, apples, craizens, sweet pecans that are all on top of greens with a honey vinaigrette . So if you aren't able to get the declaration salad in the proportion that you are wanting, there is always another option. Good luck.

1) Yes.
2) Lunch is la carte, so anything can be ordered separately.
3) It will be served as the normal salad and not enlarged to be used as an entree.

You could always order two of them to make it a large enough portion to be an entrée.

I had an absolutely fabulous experience at this restaurant with our server doing this.

I wanted the appetizer salad since I didn't want all the add-ins but wanted to change the dressing to the one they use in the colony salad. I also asked could they add cheese and it was not a problem. When she realized this was going to be my meal she had them make it a bit bigger for me.

Perhaps pixie dust was dumped on me that day because when we received our bill there was no extra charge for the changes.

Our server was attentive, informative and did not alter her disposition when she found out I was only having a small meal which did happen at several other places. We tipped her 75% of our bill because she was so awesome and the bill was so small.

If you are using a dining credit, then the Colony Salad is a great option. Disney is so great about subbing out things you don't like/can't eat (for instance, I always sub out salmon for the chicken on the Colony Salad) so if there's part of it you don't like you can always have it left off/subbed for something else.
