Liberty Tree Tavern Turkey?

It is amazing/astounding/disappointing how much restaurant food is pre-packaged/frozen/canned or not otherwise made on site.

I had never really thought about all this until recently, but yep just last week I was at the Texas Land & Cattle Steakhouse and I got some smoked chicken enchiladas with my sirloin. I asked the waiter for some extra tortillas. He said the enchiladas came already made and they don't carry tortillas. Wow!
