Looking for a sit down lunch for our day at Magic Kingdom. Not sure which one is the better choice.

LTT would be our choice and is almost every trip. The lunch menu is good. The burger is really good and so is the colony salad. But the best is the toffee dessert. The atmosphere is really calm and the decor is American history. We love the package

We have been to Tonys for lunch. It was okay. The food is kind of Olive Garden. Service was good and atmosphere is nice. Liked it.

Loved LTT!

Got to agree that LTT is the better choice. We ate there last week and loved it.

For lunch, LTT hands down. We loved our meal we had there on a previous trip. The selection was great, and very filling. If you were deciding between these two for dinner I'd have a different answer.

I was somewhat underwhelmed by Tony's when we went there last year. It has been several years since we were at LTT however I remember loving both the food and atmosphere. We have it booked again for our upcoming trip. Good luck!

I thought both of these restaurants were just average. Neither lunch blew me away. I would say that LTT was just slightly better.

LTT is much better. They have really good burgers, pasta, pot roast, salads...We go every trip, sometimes twice. I haven't been to Tony's for lunch but have been for dinner a few times, its okay, but not great. Its on par with olive garden, but a little worse.

we've had both and much prefer LTT!!

try the tavern fried cheese and the ooey gooey toffee dessert!!

I have not been to LTT, but I would eat almost anywhere else besides Tony's if I had a choice.

I had a good meal at both places, but if I had choose again it would be LTT. The pot roast was great and my wife loved the pasta. One warning is that the portions are huge so it is easy to get stuffed. At least you have the rest of the day to walk it off.

I would say Tony's and go to LTT for a dinner option. The family style dinner is every good! The baked Ziti at Tony's was very good! It was a very cute place:)

Just returned from a WDW trip and we had lunch at LTT. It was very very good. I enjoyed the colony salad. I thought it was huge and couldn't finish the whole thing. There were two of us in our party and we each got a different dessert so we could taste both the ooey gooey toffee cake and the apple tart dessert. I loved both of them and looking back both desserts were favorites from the trip along with the colony salad. I would not hesitate to go back again. Hope this helps!!!!

LTT over Tony's. THE DW doesnt like either but i like LTT over TTS if i had to pick.

Are you not considering The Plaza? That is DH's favorite table service restaurant in the MK. (his picture ID on my cellphone is him about to dive into a milkshake at The Plaza:rotfl:)

We like the LTT for lunch and Tony's for dinner. LTT has huge portions though-you could really share a meal, especially if you are getting appetizers or desserts.

I've not been to either, but I am super excited about our lunch at LTT this coming June! :cool1: I saw a picture of the burger on a dining review and immediately made an ADR there!

The food at Liberty Tree Tavern is quite good, as in MUCH better than you would expect. I only wish they still had the characters there. Colonial Mickey and Minnie were so adorable.
