How hard is it to get a PS for this the night of MNSSHP? Also, do the characters dress in "costume?" What other neat things go on? We're going to be there for MNSSHP (our first time ever and we're SOOOOOOO excited!) and I want to eat at LTT. Thanks!!!

My DD and I did MNSSHP last October and had a 5:15 PS at LTT before hand. It was very fun. The characters were in Halloween Costumes as well as some of the CMs who were servers.

Normally LTT books at 90 days out but for MNSSHP and MVMCP- they allow you to book your PS for LTT when you buy your MNSSHP ticket.

Last year, tickets went on sale toward the end of April. I purchased my ticket and made a PS in mid May with out a problem. I have heard that they may not put tickets to MNSSHP on sale quite so early. Best bet is to check these boards- as a new person to all this last year- the DIS boards were where I found out about MNSSHP and that you could make a PS for LTT before the party.

It took us about an hour to eat so our 5:15 was perfect to be done by 6:30 and ready for the party at 7. We went and had our photo done before 7 so we beat that rush.

Oh- one tip- bring bug spray. Mosquitos were fierce right at dusk but then seemed to disappear when it got dark.

Can I make another suggestion? When we went in Jan04, we made a PS for the last available seating of the night (I think they closed at 8:00pm and we were able to get a 7:45pm PS). It worked out beautifully, because most of the tables were empty, leaving my DD3 plenty of time to spend with all the characters! They came around our table 5 times and sat down to eat with her for a few minutes. At one point, we had 3 characters at one time.

By making the last PS of the night, you're not missing too much of MNSSHP (which is a blast, we just went for the 1st time in Oct03 and are going back in Oct04 - the parade is wonderful).

We also tried MNSSHP for the first time last year and we had a blast!! (Although my fave is still MVMCP!)

I also made our PS for LTT when I purchased my tickets for the party. We had a 5:20 PS and it was perfect for us! My DD liked seeing the characters and they played around with her a little while we ate. We were finished eating early, had our pictures taken, then headed over to Tomorrowland! We rode Buzz Lightyear a few times til the party started!!

When you see that the tickets are on sale, call and ask about the PSs for LTT!! Have fun!!
