Liberty Tree lunch or dinner? On our MVMCP day we are doing MK all day, but plan a break. Would you do lunch at 1, then leave and come back around 5/6 or break from 1-5 and come back for dinner around 5:30? I know lunch is off the menu and dinner is family style and both look delicious.

My vote is for lunch as well. The Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake really is fantastic, and we preferred being able to order off a regular menu. I'd rather do a big lunch during non-party time and a light dinner or snack later to maximize party time and low ride waits.

Another lunch vote! If you decide dinner make it early, you don't want to miss one minute of the party.

My vote is lunch, too. Especially with a nap afterwards.

So glad to have read this thread.... I had a late dinner ADR for Liberty Tree JUST for the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake not realizing it was only available @ lunch .... Need to change that as that dessert is AWESOME!

I agree - lunch! Love the freedom pasta with shrimp and of course the toffee cake!

I vote with lunch too - the toffe cake is the best dessert at WDW I have ever had.
and the pot roast is amazing!

We loved the dinner this year, but I would do lunch after seeing all of these posts. If what you want is the dinner meal, I believe it is available during lunch.

Another of many votes for LUNCH. For me - it's about the Pot Roast entree. I've never had room to try that dessert!

I'd also try a different plan for the day - depending on how much you are paying to get into the park before the party. When I had an annual pass - I'd book a very late lunch in the park - like 2-2:30 - and have that be the FIRST thing I was doing in the park on the day of a party. So arrive at 2 to stay through the party. Then have 3 FP+ after my lunch but before the party starts.

Now obviously - since you can get into a party with a party ticket at 4 pm - you don't want to spend two hours on a park day ticket if you have just a 3-4 day ticket overall.

But - starting early and taking a break and coming back works, too. But me - I'd want to arrive at the party no later than 4:30. And realize that DURING the party - there's very little open for food - so you need to get dinner before 7 pm. Lots of people enter around 4 pm and plan to eat before 7 pm at the counter service places - so they are busy. Not ridiculously busy - but not empty!
