Lia Sophia order - anyone else still waiting?

I placed an order 12/2 and it still says waiting fulfillment. I kind of forgot about it until the week before Christmas when I realized some of my gifts were missing (several items were for Christmas gifts). I plan on calling them today to see if I can cancel it.
 
Yes- I could have written your post! Ordered on the 2nd, lots were gifts, still awaiting fufillment. I've been in contact with their customer service many times, and have basically gotten a canned response... Although the ship times get longer and longer- 10-14 business days, 20 business days, etc. you can't cancel, although I'm thinking of doing it through my credit card before it's too late. When I ordered, it was 5-7 days to ship; I wonder if that will be enough for my credit card to cancel?
 
mine arrived last week...sorry that not all of them were shipped.... hopefully you'll get yours soon- I put in an email on their site about checking on my order a couple of weeks before I got it- I asked whether they were shipping, or I needed to call and cancel that charge on my card...maybe that did it?:confused3
 
They are not even taking phone calls now. All correspondence has to be done via email. I sent one asking if I can cancel since original order said shipping would be within 5-7 days. If not, I will contact my cc to see what options I have.
 

I also didn't receive mine. I was really excited about them and some were gifts. I am still hoping I receive them.
 
They announced they were closing the end of Nov/beginning of Dec. They were having a going out of business sale on their website with stuff 50-80% off.
 
My stuff hasn't come in. I bought with 2 other people and theirs came in. I'm on vacation as is the Lia Sophia Rep but when I go back to work and if it's still not there, I'm cancelling my portion of the order and disputing it on my credit card.
 
So did everyone get the canned email response with their apology for the shipping delays and the $10 credit towards THE NEXT ORDER???? Seriously??? Your company is going out of business, you can't get the orders shipped in a timely fashion and you really think I'm going to place another order?? Thanks but not enough.

I'm still going to try and dispute it with my cc and use the info from the link above by KTLM.
 
I placed an order on Dec 12 and the status is still "awaiting fulfillment." I got an email response today giving me the $10 credit for my next order and apologizing for the delay. Seeing as how I really have no plans to make a future order, it would have been better to refund the 10 bucks to my original purchase. Oh well...
