I'll be a dissenter here.
My dd12 and I both got the Xenon when my contract renewed in May. It was ok at first, with quite a few glitches (we'd had to trade dd's in 2 or 3 times), but then it leveled out. However, after a while (more than 30 days unfortunately) I realized that I didn't dislike my Xenon, I HATED it. So I bought an iPhone, out of contract. (Fortunately, I had a $150 gift card for switching to Verizon FIOS and two $50 gift cards that were rebates from purchasing the Xenon.) Wow, what a difference in the quality of the touch screen.
Eventually, my dd started hating the Xenon. She didn't like the touch screen. She looked six ways to sunday to get a QWERTY keyboard phone for an inexpensive price. Not happening. Interesting note is that our former sitter ended up with a new Samsung phone that she hated, so she traded with my dd. She likes the Xenon, but it's only been a week.
My co-worker also bought 2 Xenons during their b1g1 promo for her an her ds11. About 45 days later, she went back to her old phone, as did her son.
So I don't know. The Xenon seems to be SO popular and so well rated by consumers, but 4 of the 5 people I know that had one quit using it.
I'm torn. The phone is so popular, I think about listing it on CraigsList, but how do I sell something I hated so much?
