LG ENV3.....help!

I am not very good with these electronic gadgets and I need help......DH got me an LG ENV3 for Christmas. I've figured out some things but a few just have me going .

I cannot figure out how to get sound on the video play back......I recorded a video (figured that out) but when I play it back it's just the video and no sound....now there is a button to push to mute and unmute but that doesn't do anything. This also happens on any video I go to on the media center mobile web....like youtube....the video plays but no sound. Now if I go to VCAST videos those play fine.

What am I doing wrong or not doing????? I've looked all through the manual and cannot come up with a solution.

I had the same thing happen so I got my 17 year old to show me, When you have the phone flipped open and the video ready to play, straight up from the number 5 on the keyboard(on the left side of the phone when it is closed) is the volume control. I hope that makes sense !

LOL DBF has the same problem. Our keypads lock automatically so when we get a call we push OK to unlock the keypad and then hit the send button.
