Lexington KY area info. wanted

Hi,
Thanks for all the replies.
The company is off Georgetown Road near I 75.( just a little south)
You suggested several counties but do you know which have better school systems than others, Or which areas we should look at and which should be avoided.

OP, I do know (have friends who are educators there) that Anderson & Franklin County schools are very good. Lawrenceburg is very accessible from I-64 and Frankfort has several exits off that same interstate. Frankfort also has a pretty decent selection of restaurants as well.

Another vote for Scott County. It is very convenient with access to US25, I-75, and I-64. I also like it because even though you can be to Lexington in 20 minutes, you can still live in a community that has a nice small town feel. Our downtown is very pretty, very quaint. And as another person posted, Georgetown College is great.

Pretty sure the castle is back up for sale and it has some acreage. Might be a bit of a commute though.
